Background
In conventional collaborative research, a project is often launched without adequate discussion of research objectives, methodologies, and how its results might contribute to society. Often such research projects are more about socializing than anything else.
As a result, such research topics are often narrow in scope, with each researcher having different objectives in mind and the existence of serious issues regarding the practical application of the results.
Proprius21 was developed to address these issues.
