Classification of Service Models
Research Domain
After our analysis to share the common recognition what is service and what is the basic model of service systems,
we divided our organization into four sub-working groups.
Each sub-working group (SWG) has own research area, based on characteristics of service.
- Sub-Working Group 1 (SWG-1): Visualization of Service
- Sub-Working Group 2 (SWG-2): Visualization of Service Knowledge
- Sub-Working Group 3 (SWG-3): Optimization for Service Innovation
- Sub-Working Group 4 (SWG-4): Studies on the methodology of creating new services, using ideas of "emergence" and "co-creation"
