One-stop shop for community members

The Division of University Corporate Relations (DUCR) has established a one-stop shop for university faculty, staff and students who are considering starting a new business as a means of contributing to the society by applying their research results. Please feel free to contact us.
 

Legal support (Only available to university members)

Under a contract with a law firm, DUCR provides legal support to the University of Tokyo related startup companies in our incubation facilities as well as to students trying to start a business. The support includes contract review and legal consultation to a certain amount. If you would like to know more about the details of the service, please contact us using the inquiry page.
 

Management consultation (Only available to university members)

Business consultation by experts involved in startup everyday are available to students as well as to the startup companies in our incubation facilities. Please contact us using the inquiry page for details.
Please specify "Request for management consultation" in the "Consultation content" column. Depending on the content of the consultation, we will arrange specialists such as VCs, lawyers, accountants, etc. and adjust the interview time individually (depending on the content, the startup support staff of the Division of University Corporate Relations will respond).
