As a preliminary step before planning a university corporate relationship, we have come up with a scheme where individual issues and actual problems which companies are interested in or facing can be focused through a series of discussion between the university and industry.　Through this we look to culminating with the formation of collaborative research, project proposals, applications to national projects and policy recommendations, etc.
